If you purchased an Eminence product from another website or physical store, don't hesitate to get in touch with the original retailer directly for their return policy.
Return Eligibility
At ASilent Moment Organics, we prioritize your satisfaction with Eminence Organic Skin Care products.
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, they are non-refundable except in cases of verified allergic reactions, which we evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Proof of purchase from asilentmomentorganics.com is required (e.g., order number or receipt).
The product must be in its original condition, with minimal use, to allow for inspection.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return due to an allergic reaction.

Your name and order number.
The product SKU(s) and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
I would need a brief description of the allergic reaction.
In some cases, Eminence will also request images.
ASilent Moment Organics will submit your request to Eminence Organic Skin Care's
Order Services team for review. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for shipping the product(s) to ASilent Moment Organics (Long Beach, CA)
Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s) to A Silent Moment Organics-Lb, unless products were shipped to you that were different from the product you ordered on asilentmomentorganics.com
We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking information for your package.
Inspection and Approval Process
ASilent Moment Organics, in collaboration with Eminence Organic Skin Care, reserves the right to inspect returned products to verify their condition and eligibility.
Eminence Organic Skin Care holds final authority on approving or denying return requests.
Refunds or replacements, if approved, will be processed promptly following inspection.
